This harmonious and elegant French blend is not only great for making herbal butter, but also for butter-based sauces. Heat the butter, add the "Café de París" spices and add creme fraiche, yoghurt or sour cream and enjoy!
A potpourri of classic herbs such as chives and parsley blends perfectly with Mediterranean spices like basil, oregano or marjoram. Turmeric and paprika round off the mixture.

Making herbal butter is very easy!
- Beat the butter until fluffy, then add a 1/2 tbsp of water to the seasoning mixture (about 20 g / 250 g butter). Mix the seasoning into the butter, pour into a mould and chill. It is also great for freezing - preferably in equal portions. Ice cube trays make great storage options!
