Description

An interesting spice blend that you can use to add a delicious flavour to sweet grilled desserts as well as porridge, cakes, creams and much more. The dominant flavour is coconut which is complemented with nutty aromas and a hint of basil.

Recipe for Flambéed Plums with Dessert Cream:

  1. Halve the plums and remove the pits. Grill on both sides and season each half with ½ to 1 tsp of the spice mix and caramelise slowly for 2-3 minutes over low heat.
  2. For the dessert cream: Add 1-2 tbsp of Cocoba to 200 g quark or fresh cheese and 50 g yoghurt and mix well.
