I tried other pumpkin oils but, in my view, this is absolutely the best one. I use it for salads. A little goes a long way. This last 1L bottle has lasted 6 months and I use it 4-5 days a week. It’s so fragrant and flavoursome that it’s almost a shame I can’t find any better. The colour is lovely too.
