Recipe: Vegan Sausage Salad

For this cold dinner dish for four you will need the following ingredients:

  • 500 g (= 4 packs.) Taifun Papillon
  • 1 large pickled cucumber
  • 1/2 red and 1/2 green fresh paprika (bell pepper)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp chives or parsley, chopped
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 30 ml wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp liquid from the picked cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation time: 15 min
Difficulty level: easy

Method:

  1. Cut the cold cuts, cucumber, and peppers into fine strips.
  2. Finely chop the onion and herbs (chives or parsley).
  3. Mix the oil, vinegar, liquid from the cucumbers and mustard in a large bowl to make a creamy dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cut and chopped ingredients to the dressing.
  5. Gently stir.
  6. Arrange on plates or in bowls and serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
