These tea leaves are picked by hand and then transported carefully. They contain no artificial additives! Due to its fine production, the tea is one of the most aromatic black teas in the world. Grown in the fertile Nilgiri Mountains, it grows 800 to 2000 meters above sea level. The "Tamil Nadul" tea has a fine citrus note with a lively freshness.

Preparation:
After careful picking, the leaves are processed immediately using the CTC method. The leaves are first dried - disrupted by spike rollers - then fermented - then sorted. Only the highest quality tea can be classified "BODF" (Category: Broken Orange Pekoe Fanings). Only tea of this classification can be used. The preparation is carried out without the addition of additives or water.

Preparation:
Depending on personal taste, preparation can vary widely. The amount of tea per cup can vary between a quarter of a teaspoon and a whole teaspoon. The desired flavor can be adapted individually. Try it out! The tea is best brewed with 80 degree hot water. Let brew the tea between two and five minutes.
