Description

This Organic Curry Tempeh is seasoned with curry spices for an exotic taste that is mildly spicy.

  • Tempeh is an Indonesian speciality that is made of fermented soybeans. The fermentation process gives the tempeh a nutty flavour. Since the tempeh is high in protein, it's a great alternative to meat.

Preparation:

  • Cut the tempeh into cubes or strips and fry over medium heat with a bit of oil until it's crunchy on all sides. The tempeh can also be used in curries, soups or stews.
