Description
Venchi 's has been making their speciality cigars in Piedmont for many years. The handmade chocolates get their shape using a special procedure. Like all Venchi chocolate specialities, only the best and most flavourful ingredients are used in the bars.
A layer of dark chocolate and a layer of sweet milk chocolate cover a delicate cream filling made from cocoa and gianduia. The hazelnut paste for the Gianduia is made from particularly flavourful PGI Piedmont hazelnuts. Crunchy pieces of caramel are a highlight in the cream filling.
Tip: cut into pieces or fine slices, this chocolate speciality is wonderful with after-dinner drinks like whiskey or brandy.
