The regional wines Südsteiermark DAC, formerly Styrian Classic, are characterised by fantastic fruitiness and aroma. Like this beautiful, fresh specimen.

It is classically aged in steel tanks and made to be drunk in the first 3-4 years after the harvest. Delicate aromas of ripe pineapple, a hint of stone fruit and yellow fruits. Very well balanced on the palate, delicate spice with bracing acidity typical of the terroir. Lleasant length with a lot of finesse.

Pairs wonderfully with salads, creamy soups and rice dishes. Also a safe bet at parties on its own.
