Description

Pandoro is a typical Italian Christmas cake consisting of an airy and fluffy yeast dough made with butter, sugar and fresh eggs from free-range hens. Alberto Machetti took inspiration from a classic praline from his home town and created this innovative version of the classic Pandoro. The result is a tasty little cake in the shape of a gianduiotto. Dusted with full-bodied cocoa powder, this Pandò tastes absolutely delicious with coffee.
