A white chocolate whose milk sugar is caramelised develops an extremely delicious cream toffee flavor. With more than 30% cocoa butter, this couverture is characterised by a very fine melting point which brings out the aromatic mountain milk, a pinch of genuine bourbon vanilla and the sweetness of natural sugar.
