Coffee couverture filled with Whiskey-Polenta-Ganache coffee and Sterz, the typical Styrian breakfast - but without Woazky. The Woazky is a whiskey, which is distilled from corn directly from the Styrian Volcano Region. We combine the Woazky with a Polenta cream, which is of course cooked in the classic way with milk and refined with white chocolate. As a coating, we use our coffee chocolate, with coffee from our own roastery
