70% Uganda Labooko
- This dark, single origin chocolate was created with cocoa from Uganda’s Mountains of the Moon. 1,000 small farmers cultivate our fair traded organic cocoa on the slopes of this mythical mountain range. They grow hand-selected, large cocoa beans they call “Selection Noir de Noir” – mild and full of flavour: a cocoa with lots of class!
- On the nose, this noble chocolate is slightly earthy and greasy with intense fruit notes and a distinctive fermentation character. On the palate, it develops a lovely-jammy fruit character with notes of red berries, cherries, strawberries, blueberries and caramel and fudge.
- Conching time: 9 hours
- SNR (soft mist roasting)
