Description

A fine whisky ganache made from caramel couverture and a dash of Styrian whisky by Gölles distilled from regionally grown spelt and matured for years in oak barrels.
A layer of pecan praline with white chocolate and crunchy pecan pieces caramelised in maple sugar rests on top.
The filling is encased in a fine layer of 70% dark chocolate for the perfect finish.
