Zotter Chocolate Organic Lemon Polenta

Fine dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and a fine lemon polenta filling! The polenta is cooked with lemon juice and milk and then mixed with lemon confit made from candied lemon peel refined with a dash of sugar cane brandy. The result: a bar of chocolate with an enchanting, refreshing taste of citrus.
