Zotter Chocolate Currant & Macadamia Nougat Crunch

This chocolate is from layer to layer a true taste experience that surprises the palate with its expertly composed flavours. Inside, a purple currant ganache made of white chocolate and blackcurrant couverture meets macadamia nougat with roasted brown millet from the Urkornhof, while on the outside, a layer of dark mountain milk chocolate with 60 percent cocoa provides the right envelope. Not only does it look really great, it also tastes great.
