AEIJST - The Gin from Styria

Although Styria is not traditionally known for its gin, Aeijst Gin comes from southern Styria . The name Aeijst comes from the Styrian dialect and is the word for "branches".

The gin is made with 100% organic ingredients . The Aeijst producers, the Thomann family, combined 9 botanicals to create this harmonious blend.

Notes you may taste include juniper, coriander and lemon.

Aeijst Gin tastes complex at first, then slides into a pleasant flavour with a long aftertaste. It can be enjoyed pure to really taste the individual flavours, and can also be used for mixed drinks.
