Description
If you follow a vegan diet, this vegan egg substitute is a welcome addition to your pantry. It is the perfect replacement for eggs in cakes, pancakes and as a binder. It is made from sweet lupine flour among other things and is neutral in taste. One pack contains the equivalent of 3 eggs.
Preparation: Mix 5 grams (about a teaspoon) with 50 ml water - this corresponds to 1 egg. Proceed as instructed in the recipe.
Note: This product is not suitable for the preparation of egg dishes such as scrambled eggs.
