crispy honey-flavoured rice cakes
Very tasty! Sweet, but not too sweet and it has a delicious honey taste. It has a good crispness to it although the stickiness of the honey dampens it a little bit, but it is still very pleasant.
This comes in a 3-pack. In each pack there are 4 honey rice cakes. So in the whole 3-pack you get 12 rice cakes.
EDIT: I've recently been studying about glycemic index, and I'm afraid although these are very tasty, I think they would be very high on the glycemic index scale. All plain puffed rice cakes are high (around 82 on the GI scale, higher than pure sugar which is 65!), and those with extra honey on top I would imagine may be even higher.
