Professional chef Ali Güngörmüş, a familiar face on TV, together with Ankerkraut, pays homage to his Turkish hometown wth this oriental spice blend, Pageou. The spicy aromas of cumin, coriander seeds, mustard flour and fenugreek, among other things, go well with many dishes - from poultry to stews to fresh yogurt dips.

All ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation. The spice blend contains no onions, sugar, flavour enhancers or other additives.
