Preparation:
- Roast the risotto mixture with 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Then deglaze with about 100 ml of wine and simmer. When the wine has evaporated, add another 500 ml of water. Once the water has cooked off, you only need to add 50 ml of whipped cream and enjoy!
