Description
Unlike shoyu, tamari soy sauce does not contain wheat and is therefore gluten-free. Organic Cedarwood Tamari is particularly flavorful and full-bodied due to the months of ageing in Japanese cedar wood barrels.
Tamari can be used ideally in marinades, as a basic seasoning in cooking or as the finishing touch to Asian dishes at the table.
