Description
The flavourful Sea Mix seasoning by Arche includes wakame (Undaria), sea lettuce (Ulva spp.) and nori (Porphyra). These three varieties of seaweed are harvested in the North Atlantic and add a wonderful flavour to vegetables, rice dishes, salads and tofu.
All the seaweed used in Arche products is carefully and regularly checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content (please refer to the note below for more information).
Preparation: Soak in cold water for 10 minutes and drain before use.
