Arche Organic Roasted Sesame Oil is made from sesame seeds sourced from all over the world. This oil should not be used for frying or cooking and is meant only as a seasoning oil to be added for flavour just before serving. It is intensely aromatic and a little goes a long way. Just a few drops add a fine, nutty aroma to soups, noodle and vegetable dishes.
