Bake Affair Chocolate Chunks - White Chocolate

These chocolate chips are made from the finest Belgian chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 22.5%. They do not melt during baking due to their size and remain firm to the bite in muffins and chocolate chip cookies or in fillings for pastries and cakes.

Tip: By adding the chocolate pieces to the dough at the end of the kneading process, you can prevent the chocolate chips from melting or discolouring the dough.
