This muffin mix is perfect to have on hand when guests are coming over, for birthday parties or just a special treat! The super tasty mix is quick and easy to prepare.

You can easily bake 15 muffins or one bundt cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 ° C (convection).
  2. Open the package and pour the contents into a large bowl.
  3. Classic version: add 420 ml milk, 140 ml sunflower oil (see milk and oil measurement lines in the can) and 1 egg to the mix and stir for 1 minute. You can use a food processor, hand mixer or spoon to stir the mixture until combined.
    Vegan version: add 420 ml soy drink and 140 ml sunflower oil (see the line in the can) and stir for 1 minute until combined.
  4. Tip: instead of sunflower oil, you can also use olive oil or another oil of your choice (hazelnut oil, walnut oil ...).


  • Place 15 muffin wrappers in a muffin tin and either spoon in or pipe in the dough up to 1cm below the line of the tin. Bake at 165 ° C for approx. 35 minutes (test with a cake tester* ).

Bundt cake:

  • Grease the tin with butter and dust with flour. Fill the dough into the tin and bake at 165 ° C (convection) for 65 minutes (test with a cake tester *). Take out, let cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove from the tin and cool on a wire rack.

* Cake tester test:
Before you take your baked goods out of the oven, test them with a cake tester to make sure they are cooked. Use a toothpick of metal cake tester to prick the centre of the cake or muffin. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
