Description
Make your own crispy-sweet granola with the organic granola mixture by Bake Affair. All you need in addition is some honey or maple syrup (for a vegan version). Add fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk or plant drink and enjoy this high-fibre mix of oat flakes, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds for breakfast or as a snack.
Preparation:
- 1 can of organic granola baking mix
- 150 g honey or maple syrup
- Pour the granola mix into a large bowl and stir in the honey or maple syrup.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 140 °C for about 35 minutes.
- Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon every 10 minutes.
- After baking, remove from the oven and let cool until crisp.
- Pour the cooled granola back into the can or another container.
