Description
This sweet raspberry vinegar by Belberry contains 30% raspberry puree to make it the perfect dessert vinegar. Delicious as an ice cream topping, in fruit salads and fruit sauces, for example.
The raspberry vinegar also goes well with savoury foods such as poultry, fish and, of course, salads - it tastes particularly great with leafy and raw vegetable salads in a light dressing with walnut oil.
