Description
Psyllium husks are known for the mucilage they contain and their high swelling capacity. They can easily be added to fruit or vegetable juice and are great in yoghurt or in muesli.
- Please note that the psyllium husk must not be eaten dry. Always make sure to drink enough water after ingesting.
- Country of origin: India
Recommended use:
- Stir 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks into sufficient liquid, allow to swell briefly and drink. Then drink a large glass of water.
Note for allergy sufferers:
