This Pecorino by Brezzo with its strong, distinctive taste is made exclusively with flavourful milk from sheep that graze on meadows full of fragrant herbs. In this aromatic delicacy, it is marinated in sunflower oil and seasoned with juniper berries. A wonderful addition to an antipasti platter or as a snack.
