Description
Cumin is an important spice in Ayurvedic and Indian cuisine. It is versatile and can be used to make your own curry powder or added to drinks, yoghurt, salads (raita) and pickles. This package contains whole cumin seeds. When dry roasted gently over low heat in a pan, it gives off its typical delicious aroma and can then be powdered if desired.
