Description
The concentrated black elderberry syrup is not as well known as the light elderflower syrup but it is just as refreshing and delicious although strikingly different in taste. Enjoy it after diluting with cold water. It can also be added to fruit punch or hot fruit tea for additional flavour. It is also a great addition to winter desserts.
Tip for a quick dessert: Pour some heated black elderberry syrup over vanilla ice cream and serve.
Dosage: 1 part syrup to 7 parts water.
Storage: Please refrigerate after opening.
