Spelt is ideal for baking bread making casseroles, vegetarian patties and pasta. This organic spelt is organically grown in Germany and has a wonderful nutty taste.

Preparation:

  • Bring the spelt to the boil in plenty of lightly salted water and simmer for 25-30 minutes on low heat.
