KAMUT® khorasan wheat is an ancient, rediscovered variety that impresses with its remarkable grain size and exceptional aroma. Its nutty-sweet flavour makes this grain a true gourmet experience in organic cooking.

Preparation:
- Bring the wheat to a boil in plenty of lightly salted water.
- Simmer for 45–55 minutes over low heat.
