Preparation:

• Heat oil in a large pot and cover the bottom with corn.
• Immediately put the lid on.
• After 2–3 min. the kernels will start to pop. Once you hear these sounds, remove the pot from the heat.
• Finally, salt or sweeten the popcorn as desired.
