Description

With this Organic Veggie Chicken Curry, you can enjoy a harmonious composition of the finest Fairtrade rice and authentic chunks based on peas and fava beans! The texture of the chunks will delight you, while the Indian-inspired seasoning ensures a well-rounded taste experience.

Preparation:

  • Pour the contents of the bag into a pot, add 300 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer with the lid open for approx. 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
  • Add 150 ml of coconut milk to taste and simmer for approx. 5 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
