Description

Jasmine rice is known for its delicate floral aroma and is one of the most fragrant rice varieties. It is slightly sticky when cooked but the grain retains its bite. It is ideal for dishes from Southeast Asia. It can also be enjoyed with many vegetable, fish and meat dishes from other regions of the world.

Note: This jasmine rice is grown by rice farmers in Cambodia as part of the "Ibis Rice Project". The project protects the endangered waterbird ibis and its natural habitat.

Preparation: As a side dish for 2 people, bring 125 g of jasmine rice to the boil in 500 ml of water (salted) and then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place. This product comes with the Wildlife Friendly seal.
