Domaines Kilger Venison Käse Krainer - Cheese Filled Sausages

These Käse Krainer are made from the best venison, pork, beef, cheese and their own special blend of spices.

The red deer used for the venison live in enclosures in Groß St. Florian and Voitsberg (Styria, Austria). The meat has a crumbly structure and has a characteristically flavourful taste.

The Murbodner cattle used for the beef come from a company in Eastern Styria, Austria. The meat is very tender and has a fine grain and attractive marbling.

The pigs come from certified companies. "Steirerglück" brand pigs must be born, raised, slaughtered and processed in Styria / Austria.
