Description
Cupcakes are popular with young and old alike. This easy-to-use baking mix by Dr. Oetker is perfect to have on hand to make delicious homemade cupcakes quickly and easily. The pack includes 12 baking cups.
Method of preparation:
- Transfer the contents of the baking mix to a mixing bowl. Add 125 ml neutral cooking oil (such as rapeseed oil), 100 ml milk or water and 1 egg (size M).
- Mix well with a handheld mixer on the highest setting for 2 minutes or stir with a whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the enclosed baking cups and bake on the middle shelf in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/ bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
