Description

Dr. Oetker Gelling Sugar 3:1 is ideal for making fruit jams, fruit preserves and jellies. It contains pectin, a plant-based gelling agent derived from citrus fruits and apples. The premixed combination of gelling agent and sugar makes it particularly easy to use.

Notes on usage:

  • For 1 pack Gelling Sugar 3:1 (500 g): take 1500 g fruit or 1250 ml fruit juice.
  • You can use any store-bought fruit juice or nectar (except grape juice) to make fruit jelly.
