Because fruits contain varying amounts of water and acid, Dr. Oetker gelling sugar for berry jams has been specially formulated for jams with raspberries, blackberries and currants. The gelling sugar does not contain added flavours or colours.

Notes on usage:

  • For 1 pack Gelling Sugar for Berries - Take 1 kg fresh or frozen berries.
  • Fruit jelly can be made by using gelling sugar and 750 ml fruit juice
