Description
This grill rub has been developed by ehrenwort in cooperation with the grill world champion, Adi Bittermann. It is perfect for grilled lamb, game and veal - cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg harmonise well with the intense flavour of dark meat. Onion, garlic and paprika powder add a spicy touch while raw cane sugar balances the fine flavours and ensures a crispy crust.
Manufacturer's tip: Rub carefully and carefully into the meat before grilling.
The metal can contains 60 g of spice mix. Please keep the lid tightly shut at all times.
