Tip: To prepare intensely aromatic "Frosted Tea": Pour boiling water over the tea as usual and let it steep a little longer, sweeten if desired. To quickly cool it down, pour the tea through a sieve filled with ice cubes. Alternatively, pour the tea into a bowl full of ice cubes - just be sure to strain it quickly before the ice cubes melt and dilute the taste of the tea. Serve "Frosted Tea" in insulated or thick-walled tea glasses with ice cubes garnished with pieces of fresh fruit. Enjoy!
