Essigmanufaktur Oswald/Schaffer Pear Vinegar

A delightful pear aroma. Having been reduced with honey it goes well with vanilla custard, as a fruit sauce or on a cheese curd strudel. Enjoy over potatoes or tomato salad. Pure fermented, 5% acidity vinegar.
