This panettone combines the classic panettone recipe from Milan with ingredients from Sicily: the intensely aromatic hazelnuts and manna cream come from the Madonie region, a mountain range on the north coast of Sicily. It does not contain raisins or candied citrus peel. The tree sap from the manna ash tree is extracted by hand using traditional methods and processed into a delicious cream.
