This light sourdough Christmas cake is refined with Sicilian honey, orange paste, and raisins infused with Vecchio Samperi, the “eternal wine” of Sicily. It is then topped with a delicate almond and sugar glaze and finished with a sprinkle of pearl sugar and Sicilian almonds.
