Fink's Cooking Suggestion:
Mix 120 g of flour with 250 ml milk, 2 - 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt to form a runny batter. Let rest for approximately 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, ladle some batter in the pan, tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer. Bake until golden brown on both sides, flipping the pancake after about 30 seconds. Add some apricot jam, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
