Description
These hearty Styrian sausages can be used for a quick snack or making a full meal. The sausages reflect the character of the Styrian volcanic country in Austria. The sausages have a bold, spicy and intensely smoky taste. The outside of the sausages is dark brown like the volcanic rocks in the region.
Cooking recommendations:
