If you love strong, spicy flavours, the smoked Carinthian Hauswürstel sausages by Frierss are perfect for you! Made of the finest pork and beef with added spices and a touch of spicy chilllies, they are a great addition to a platter of cold cuts. They are traditionally smoked over beech wood and aged for 6 weeks in the Carinthian mountain air.
