For many in Carinthia, the festive Easter meal is incomplete without a special delicacy: pork tongue! This traditional Easter speciality by Frierss is first smoked over beechwood and then cooked. The particularly tender and juicy meat is ready to eat. A special treat for gourmets!
Note: The meat is sourced from local farmers. Free from lactose and gluten. Does not contain artificial colours.
