Description
The finest pork, traditional craftsmanship and an original recipe from Carinthia make this fine salami a very special treat. After the salami is refined with a delicate mixture of spices and a little garlic and carefully smoked over beech wood, it matures in the clear Carinthian mountain air for another eight weeks. This is how it develops its irresistible, spicy taste.
